Do you want to return a piece of jewelry?

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a piece of jewelry .

Complete our Return Form to make your request.

In order for the refund to be made, the jewel must be new and returned in its original packaging (pouch, box, etc.) . Please provide the reason for the return.

We strongly advise our customers to make their returns with a tracking number and to communicate it to us when sending the package.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt of the package directly by the means of payment used during the purchase. If you request a credit, you will receive a code for the amount of the credit by email to use on the online store.

Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is not compliant or has a manufacturing defect .
