The jewels being handmade creations, the packages are prepared between 24 and 48 hours after the order has been placed.
For certain specific orders (personalization requiring welding and gilding in particular), this period can go up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery times for La Poste (letter with follow-up and Colissimo) are:
- 2 to 3 working days for France
- 3 to 7 working days for Europe
- 5 to 10 working days for international
- During the holiday season, post office delays may be extended.
The delivery is made with a tracking number which will be sent to you by e-mail in order to follow the delivery of your order. To track your package, click on the link sent in the order confirmation email and you will be redirected via your tracking number to the La Poste website.
The post does not always update the tracking information on its site during over-activity, during confinements or strikes.
We advise you to wait a maximum of 5 days (after receiving your tracking number) before contacting us to conduct an investigation (for France).
For abroad, do not hesitate to contact your postal service directly.
You have 14 days to return your package and obtain an exchange, credit note or refund.
To obtain reimbursement for your jewellery, the latter must:
- Not having been worn (no scratches, wear, etc.).
- Be returned in their original packaging (pouches, boxes, etc.).
Personalized jewelry (specific creation) will not be exchanged or refunded and will not be eligible for a credit.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you return your package to us with a tracking number. The brand will not be held responsible in the event of loss or theft during transport.

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months.
The warranty does not take into account abnormal or non-compliant use of the product. In this regard, the special nature of our products should be taken into account. The customer is required to take care of it, in particular by avoiding any contact with abrasive products or detergents.
Any lack of conformity must be notified to us by email within the warranty period.
Please mention the number of your order or attach the receipt of your purchase.
The return costs will be borne by the customer and the costs of sending the repaired product will be borne by the company.
