“UNO” bail in gold plated.
The "UNO" bail is the perfect little accessory to wear our charms (starting with CHARMS1, 2) on any chain (within the limit of a thickness of 4mm).
The bail has a spring system, which allows it to be clipped on without having to go through the jewel's closing system (carabiner, extension chain for example). You can clip it directly on the front of the chain.
**Maintenance tips**
To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, avoid prolonged contact with water, beauty and cleaning products. Wait at least 30 minutes after applying perfume before putting on the jewellery. If you use hydroalcoholic gel, remember to remove your rings and dry your fingers well before putting them back on.
When not worn, remember to store your jewelry away from light and moisture. Taking care of your 18K gold-plated or 24K gold-plated jewelry means allowing it to last over time and accompany you in your daily life for many years.
**Shipping and Delivery**
The jewels being handmade creations, the packages are shipped between 2 and 3 working days after receipt of your payment. Some products require a longer manufacturing time, in this case, this information is mentioned in the product sheet.
If the product is urgent, do not hesitate to let us know when placing the order ( accueil@lespetitespampilles.com ), we will do our best to process your request as a priority. All pieces are shipped in a pretty bag or box (depending on the jewel) with the brand logo.
The delivery is made with a tracking number which will be sent to the customer by e-mail in order to follow the delivery of his order. The shipment is made by choice by letter with tracking or colissimo. Delivery is free from 70€ of purchase in France and Europe by letter with follow-up.

Take Care of Your Jewelry
Our jewels are of premium quality, however, to preserve their beauty, it is recommended to avoid prolonged contact with water, beauty and cleaning products.

Return and exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or credit note (valid for 6 months).

The jewel must be new and returned in its original packaging (pouch, case...).
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt of the package directly by the means of payment used during the purchase.

- The shipment is made by choice by letter with tracking (€3.50) or colissimo tracking against signature (8€). Shipping costs include a contribution to packaging, handling and postage.
- Free delivery from €70 by letter with tracking and from €120 by colissimo in France.
- Delivery time of the package: between 2 to 3 days.
EUROPE
- The shipment is made by letter with tracking (€6.20) or by colissimo against signature (€12.30).
- Free delivery from 90€ by letter with tracking and 160€ by colissimo.
- Delivery time of the parcel: 2 to 4 days for the letter with follow-up and 3 to 8 days for the colissimo against signature.
